How are credit reports per month counted?
Each unique credit report analyzed by the software is counted as one credit report. Your credit report count will reset at the beginning of every billing cycle.
How are user accounts counted?
Every staff member using the software at your organization should have their own account. Each staff member you add to your organization counts as one user towards your user account limit.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. All plans begin with a free trial, giving your organization credits to use the software with 5 credit reports. No credit card required.
What is your refund policy?
If during your first month's subscription you realize that our program isn't right for your organization, let us know and we will refund your first month's payment in full.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your plan through the dashboard in the application at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will not be renewed at the end of the month.
How can I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade your plan, you will receive your upgrade instantly and will pay a prorated amount covering your upgrade during your next billing cycle.
How can I make a payment?
We accept payments by credit and debit card directly through the application.
Can I make a payment by invoice?
Yes. Please contact us and we can set your organization up with invoices and payment by check.
What happens if I reach my report limit?
If you reach your report limit, you will receive a message letting you know. You will not be automatically upgraded into the next plan.
