help one client get their Jump Credit Report. Our plans also include advanced features that use
additional credits. Our plans give you flexibility in how your organization can use

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. All plans begin with a free trial, giving your organization 5 credits to use the software with up to 5 clients. No credit card is required.
What is your refund policy?
If during your first month's subscription to our coach or standard plan you realize that our program is not right for your organization, let us know and we will refund your first month's payment in full. Refunds to Plus Plan are prorated.
What is your cancellation policy?
If paying by credit card, you can cancel your plan through the dashboard at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will not be renewed at the end of the month. There is no cancellation fee.
How can I upgrade my plan?
You can change your plan at any time. If you change your plan, your new plan will start at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept credit and debit card payments through our billing dashboard. If you would like to pay by check, please contact us.
How are credits per month counted?
Depending on which tools you use, credits will be deducted from your account for each client helped. Refer to the table above for a breakdown of our features. Using our standard credit report analyzing tool, one credit = one client helped.
How are user accounts counted?
Every staff member using the software at your organization should have their own account. Each staff member you add to your organization counts as one user towards your user account limit. If you reach your user account limit, you can deactivate inactive users' accounts.
Do unused credits roll over?
Your account credits expire at the end of the billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
